Thao (she/her) is best known for her work in Divine Feminine embodiment and sensual awakening. She helps restore a sense of safety within the nervous system and creates space for deeper connection to the body. Through her guidance, self-worth, pleasure, and truth are explored in a grounded and respectful way.
She weaves together Tantric wisdom, embodied somatic awareness, and emotional integration, holding spaces where transformation unfolds through choice, consent, and inner authority.
