MORE ABOUT Selena

Selena is trained and certified by Loveology University in Los Angeles, USA. She has completed professional programs in Comprehensive Sexuality Education and Couple and Family Counseling Skills.

As a coach and educator, she has facilitated workshops, talks, and community initiatives across diverse settings. Through this work, individuals, especially women, are supported in healing sexual shame, reconnecting with their bodies, and cultivating deeper emotional and erotic intimacy.

Sessions are offered in both English and Vietnamese. Clients are guided in developing sexual self-awareness, strengthening relationship communication, and deepening emotional connection.

She also leads Body Awareness and Movement Workshops for women, where shame and stored trauma can be gently released. Through embodied practices, deeper connection to the pelvic space, often referred to as the sexual chakra, and feminine energy is nurtured and restored.
