Cancellation Policy
At Desire, every session and order is handled with care and intention. The following policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.
Coaching Sessions
When you book a session, dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you. Our cancellation terms reflect this commitment.
Before Payment
If payment has not yet been received, your booking will be cancelled automatically and no further action is required.
More than 48 Hours Before Your Session
You may choose to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Reschedule your appointment to a later date
Within 48 Hours of Your Session
50% of the session fee will be refunded.
Within 24 Hours of Your Session
Sessions are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations limit the ability for coaches to offer that time to others.
If you would prefer to reschedule instead of cancelling, we are happy to assist wherever possible.
Product Orders
Orders are processed promptly after being placed. Cancellation depends on the stage of your order at the time of request.
Before Payment
If payment has not yet been received, your order will be cancelled automatically and no further action is required.
After Payment (Before Dispatch)
If your order has been paid for but not yet dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns & Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards:
- Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return
- Opened intimate products cannot be returned
